2025- During the summer of 2025, Capable Plastic successfully upgraded its support equipment, enhancing the overall efficiency of the production department. These upgrades reflect the company’s commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring higher reliability, reduced downtime, and improved throughput across manufacturing operations.
2024- Our company has replaced the ICE vehicles with EVs. Zero-emissions deliveries result in a lower carbon footprint for businesses, allowing them to offer a more positive customer experience that aligns with their values.
2023- Capable Plastic has successfully developed an injection mold with 45 degree angle slides to minimize both mold size and machine size, ultimately reducing cost for our customer.
2022- Capable Plastic is proud to designs and build its own fully automated assembly system in Concord Ontario. The system meet all the goals and which brings production output to a next new level.
2021- Capable plastic has continued to invest in automation at our production facility. We have upgraded 3 of our robots at the production floor to improve efficiency and performance.
2020- In the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic, Capable Plastics reacts to the request from the public. Within 4 weeks, we have designed, produced and donated over 5000pcs Ear savers to the hospitals and communities across Toronto, Ontario.
2019- Capable Plastic celebrates its 30th anniversary with our team. The company started in Concord, Ontario in 1989.
